Wife, mother, grandmother, minister, author, and speaker Christina Dixon has over 15 years of ministry to those seeking God as they rebuild their lives from the ravages of poverty, promiscuity, drug abuse, and homelessness. Christina is a woman for whom Christ has opened doors to serve Him through organizing food and reading programs, bible teaching, workshop and conference speaking, as well as music ministry.

A captivating, articulate, insightful and often humorous speaker, she currently serves as local church President of Women’s Ministries at New Hope Progressive Church, a Recovery Ministry on Detroit, Michigan’s west side. Christina is a contributing writer in the Wisdom and Grace Devotional Bible for Young Women of Color, by Nia Publishing and HELP! for Your Leadership by PriorityONE Publications. She has recently revised her first book entitled, How to Respect an Irresponsible Man also by PriorityONE Publications.

Christina is an active member of the Writer’s Resources and Accountability in Publishing (WRAP), American Christian Writers-Detroit Chapter, the National Biblical Counseling Association (NBCA), and the Lydia Circle of Business and Professional Women and United Christian Women’s Ministries. Christina’s passion is that people will experience Christ’s love through her life in such a way that it creates a thirst for God, that can only be quenched by seeking and finding - Him.

A wife, mother of five adult children and grandmother of one, Christina and her husband, Elder Michael Dixon, live in Detroit, Michigan.
